Position Objective As a Merchandising Associate at Mark’s, you will assist the Visual Merchandise Manager and Warehouse Manager with daily tasks including: preparing product for the sales floor, replenishing and merchandising product, and neatly organizing and back-stocking product.

You will work with the Visual Merchandise Manager to create visual displays that enhance the appearance of the store while adhering to guidelines.

You will be organized, and able to adapt to changing workloads, while still maintaining accuracy and working efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Help organize warehouse area and push stock to floor in conjunction with floor Sales Associates and Category Leaders
• Help organize warehouse area and push stock to floor in conjunction with the Visual Merchandise Manager, Warehouse Manager and product Category Leaders
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and directions
• Assist with promotional set up and maintenance of store fixtures and signage
• Complete all training, learn about our products and share your knowledge
• Participate in general store upkeep including cleaning, restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, pricing and signing
• Maintain an organized and clean shipping/receiving area, and ensure health/safety standards are upheld
• Deliver exceptional customer service if needed Qualifications:
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Able to work independently and as a member of the team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, enthusiastic and a drive to succeed
• High school education or current enrollment in high school
• Physical qualifications include the ability to work long hours standing/walking, lifting up to 40lbs, reaching above shoulder height and stooping/bending/crouching
• A flexible schedule with availability to work at least 4 shifts a week including early mornings (5 am), evenings (10 pm), and weekends; please note that the number of hours/shifts an employee is scheduled to work is not guaranteed and all employees are expected to be available during special event weekends Mark’s offers a welcoming and respectful culture and a commitment to your training and development.
