Head Of Marketing

This is a Contract position in Victoria, BC posted July 25, 2021.

Jack & Jill Health is a digital health company for Canadians.

Over the past year, our platform has provided care to over 100,000 people.

We are growing monthly and are looking for talent that will help us address the gap in primary care in Canada.

The head of growth position is one that will push your boundaries as a marketer.

You will be leading a team made up of designer(s), ad buyer(s), and e-commerce specialists.

You will also be managing a paid marketing agency and helping them optimize their spend.

You will be the point of contact for all marketing initiatives, and will have full ownership of the marketing execution funnel.

Responsibilities Growth Marketing Strategy: Set channel strategy and plan campaigns to exceed revenue goals Channel Ownership: Create, test, and scale campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Email, SEO, SEM, Tik Tok, and more.

4P new product launches and GTM plans.

Oversee lifecycle management strategy of existing users via cross-sell, retention, and winback tactics.

Growth marketing team: Build the growth marketing team, manage the team as it scales, and hire contractors and agencies as needed to hit goals.

Cross-functional leader: Collaborate on growth strategy across the company, share funnel metrics regularly, be a liaison between sales and marketing, and partner with Product on in-product growth and affiliate strategies.

Experience 4 years of growth marketing experience Early or growth-stage startup (Seed-Series C) or GPG experience preferred.

A self-starter who knows how to prioritize and problem solve You are experienced in being measured against CAC, LTV:CAC etc.

You have tagging, tracking, and reporting experience across channels & tech You have a bag of best practices and innovative approaches to driving revenue Bonus if you are A results-driven growth hacker who loves leveraging different opportunities.

Experimental with an openness to failing fast and iterating.

Entrepreneurial with a passion for pitching new ideas with hustle and grit to bring them to life.
