If you are a creative and analytical thinker, with strong interpersonal and judgment skills this could be a great fit for you on our team Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide full cycle recruitment support: intake meeting, sourcing, screening, conducting and coordinating interviews & offers for the assigned client group Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & Client groups with planning, organizing, facilitating & recruiting for different roles, including high volume frontline recruitment Build Talent pipeline for Hard to Fill roles Leverage social media plans & activity for active sourcing Leverage Job Boards & ATS applicant pool for recruiting Support and coordinate Talent Acquisition Projects and other ad hoc HR Projects as needed Support change management plan and communication as needed.

Qualifications:
• Completed Post-secondary education
• 1
– 2 years of corporate & frontline recruiting experience preferred
• HR designation in progress or completed preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
– influencing, collaborative and customer centric
• Proficient MS Office
– Word, Excel, PP, Outlook
• Strong analytical, judgment & problem solving skills
• Previous ATS experience an asset
