What will you do?

This role will support the recruitment of our Finance, Investment and Accounting new graduate and co-op/intern programs.

The consultant will collaborate with our CPA Business Program Manager to build and execute on an effective strategy to attract CPA student talent.

Full cycle recruitment: posting, resume screening, interviews, debriefs and offers.

Create a comprehensive Campus Strategy based on market data and expertise.

Create measure and report on ROI and KPI’s to measure the success of the recruitment process and campus initiatives.

Build and nurture relationships with our key school partners.

Plan and host on campus events to promote our brand.

Participate in the continual improvement of campus recruitment processes, partnerships and strategies.

Work in ambiguous situations while embracing change; we are on a transformation journey What do you need to succeed?
